Bar Sanitation – It’s Becoming More Important Every Day
Sanitation. Ugh. Why is the bar manager constantly on me about a messy bar? Show me a consistently messy bar and I’ll show you a whole bunch of health code violations.
You need to take bar sanitation seriously. The bar owner does. So do your customers. Anything but an “A” rating from the health inspector spells disaster.
A little common sense goes a long way, but there are may laws put into place on how a bar should be kept free of germs, rodents, and generally unsanitary conditions. I’ll get you up to speed.
